Travel Information: COVID- 19 Update
We are closely monitoring the government regulations on statements regarding the
novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and
the local health departments.
The wellbeing of our guests and associates is of paramount importance.
Our Cancellation Policy:
SFS Homebridge is committed to ensuring our customers experience flexibility during
these challenging times.
- For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including
reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full
changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long
as the change or cancellation is made by 31 st July, 2020. Please note that any
changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate
differences.
- For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including pre-
paid bookings between today and 31 st July,, 2020, we will allow the reservation to
be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled
arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to
availability and any rate differences.
Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For
guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please
contact our hotel reservations at 0471-2708088.
Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are
advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.
Our Commitment to Cleanliness:
New Cleaning Technologies
In its everyday cleaning, SFS Homebridge will also be using the highest classification of
disinfectants recommended by the government authorities to treat known pathogens.
Cleaning Regimen Changes
- Surface Areas: In public spaces, sfs homebridge has added to its already
rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces are treated with disinfectants
and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency. In guest rooms all
surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned. We will keep sanitisers for guest use in the
room.
- Guest Contact: To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through
person-to-person contact, signage are in place to maintain social distancing
protocols and will remove or re-arrange furniture to allow more space for
distancing. Sanitisors and temperature check station is on place in the reception .

Food Safety: All food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food
preparation and service practices. Food service will be done in the rooms
following all covid -19 prevention protocols.
